 PT Graha Informatika Nusantara (GRATIKA) was found in 1986 based on partnership between three large goverment owned business, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM), PT Indosat and PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (JASINDO), through their respective foundations Yayasan Dana Pensiun PT TELKOM (YDPT), Koperasi Pegawai PT Indosat (KOPINDOSAT) and Yayasan Kesejahteraan Karyawan (YKK) Jasindo.
As a growing company, on March 18, 1998 GRATIKA developed its path by transferring all shares owned by Yayasan Kesejahteraan Karyawan Jasindo to the privately owned telecommunication company PT Aneka Spring Telekomindo (ASTEL). Also in 2003 Koperasi Pegawai PT Indosat has transferred all shares to YDPT and ASTEL. Gratika gives the highest priority in human resource's quality and professionalism, also support the trust and team work to increase the corporate value. Through their vision, the business strategy of GRATIKA refer to the System Development and Service Provider in Infocom. |
